DELIVERY
• Unfortunately we currently do not have a pick up option. We hope to provide this option soon.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when a postcode is entered.
• We are unable to offer shipping on weekends or public holidays.
• We suggest not to deliver to hospitals as admission times are usually short and the recipient may miss the arrival of your gift. However, we can organise direct delivery to the recipient’s address once they are home.
• Our nappy cakes are made to order and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is approximately 1-3 business days for Melbourne addresses and 5-7 business days for interstate orders. International deliveries may take even longer. Please use the delivery number to track your order.
• Whilst every effort is made and care is taken by us and our couriers to deliver your gift within the designated time frame, this may not always be possible due to delays out of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, nor does it entitle cancellation of your order. Please inform us if an order has not arrived and we will follow up with our couriers and ensure that it is delivered as soon as possible.
• If no one is home to collect the delivery it will be left in a safe place at the front door.
• A small gift card is included with every product. If you would like to add a short note to the recipient on the card, simply include it in the ’Order Notes’ section when you checkout. A blank card will be included if no message is left.
• The nappy cake will be securely packaged in a mailing box with filling to ensure movement is minimised during transit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Currently, TTBC only accepts payments by PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account, you can use your credit card in the PayPal website without signing up.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
TTBC will always endeavour to supply the exact products ordered. However, if an item is out of stock we will offer to substitute the item for another item of equal or greater quality and cost.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the nappy cake has already been dispatched, we cannot accept any cancellations.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
• In the unfortunate event that your gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If the nappy cake is returned to us in its original and unopened condition, we will happily issue a replacement or refund.
• Postage and handling fees incurred by you will be refunded and a replacement gift re-delivered as soon as possible to your recipient. However, our return policy does not apply to product(s) returned that are deemed to have been damaged in a manner other than through transit.
